Banana trees used to fill the land on Island Breeze but Sims just couldn't resist tasting the island life for themselves. Streets have been designed to let your Sims build their dream homes with an ocean view.

Several streets have been aligned close together for a community of bungalows in the neighborhood. For the Sim who has to see it all, a small mountain ridge overlooking the island is perfect for medium-sized houses with tropical flair.

This package comes with the Sim City terrain file (close-up below on left), a thumbnail picture you can use for your main neighborhood screen (sample below on right) and complete instructions on how to install and use this custom terrain in The Sims 2.
